在铜矿石工艺矿物学分析的基础上 ,研究柏坊铜矿 5 40 1残矿的原地破碎浸出采铜方案。选择氧化矿与硫化矿的浸矿剂、泥质矿石浸出添加疏松物 ,采取负压浸出及矿块底部排泥措施 ,改善泥质铜矿石渗透性和可浸性。结果表明用原地破碎浸出采矿法回收 5 40 1残矿的矿体技术上可行
Based on the process mineralogy analysis of copper ore, the in-situ crushing and leaching of copper for the 5 40 1 residue in the Bai Fang copper mine was studied. Select ore and sulfide ore ore leaching agent, the leaching of shale ore add loose objects, to take negative pressure leaching and nuisance at the bottom of mud measures to improve the permeability and flooding of the porphyry copper ore. The results show that it is technically feasible to recover ore bodies of 5 40 1 residual ore by in situ crushing and leaching mining method
