目的观察替吉奥化疗联合三维适形放疗(3-DCRT)治疗中晚期食管胃结合部肿瘤的近期疗效和不良反应。方法选取我科2010年1月-2011年3月收治的食管胃结合部恶性肿瘤59例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组33例,对照组26例。实验组采用3-DCRT联合替吉奥化疗,对照组单纯采用3-DCRT。结果实验组:完全缓解率24.24%(8/33),有效率为87.88%(29/33)。对照组:完全缓解率3.80%(1/26),有效率30.77%(8/26)。不良反应包括消化道反应、放射性气管炎、局部皮肤反应和骨髓抑制等。结论替吉奥化疗联合3-DCRT是治疗食管胃结合部恶性肿瘤的有效方法之一,不良反应可以耐受。
Objective To observe the short-term curative effect and side effects of ticio-chemotherapy combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3-DCRT) on advanced esophagogastric junction tumors. Methods Fifty-nine patients with esophagogastric junction malignant tumor admitted from January 2010 to March 2011 in our department were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 33 cases in experimental group and 26 cases in control group. The experimental group was treated with 3-DCRT in combination with tegaserod and the control group with 3-DCRT alone. Results In the experimental group, the complete remission rate was 24.24% (8/33) and the effective rate was 87.88% (29/33). The control group: the complete remission rate was 3.80% (1/26), the effective rate was 30.77% (8/26). Adverse reactions include gastrointestinal reactions, radiation bronchitis, local skin reactions and bone marrow suppression. Conclusion TEGO combined with 3-DCRT is an effective method for the treatment of malignant esophagogastric junction. Adverse reactions can be tolerated.
