近年来,河南省义马市财政部门在企业改制和行政事业单位机构改革中不断加大国有资产管理力度,严把国有资产处置关,有效地防止了国有资产的流失,提高了国有资产运营效益。据统计,2002年至今,财政部门共审批资产处置12起,驳回国有资产处置申请6份,确认评估结果1400余万元,报废国有资产60余万元。严格的国有资产管理为义马的经济发展做出了积极的贡献。
