目的探讨增殖抑制基因(HSG)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与结肠癌转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测HSG和VEGF在直肠正常黏膜、良性腺瘤及癌组织中的不同表达变化。结果HSG和VEGF的表达与肿瘤分化程度无相关性,而与肿瘤淋巴结转移和临床病理分期密切相关。在有淋巴结转移组HSG表达率38.7%显著低于无淋巴结转移组68.2%,X2=4.474,P=0.034,有淋巴结转移组VEGF表达率96.8%显著高于无淋巴结转移组45.5%,X2=18.307,P=0.001;直肠癌Ⅲ+Ⅳ期中HSG阳性表达率为33.3%,显著低于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期中的80.0%,X2=4.74,P=0.029,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期中VEGF阳性表达率为93.9%,显著高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期中的45.0%,X2=16.111,P=0.001。结论HSG的低表达和VEGF的高表达提示直肠癌高侵润风险,HSG的低表达和VEGF的高表达有明显相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of proliferation inhibitory factor (HSG) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the metastasis of colon cancer. Methods The expressions of HSG and VEGF in normal rectal mucosa, benign adenoma and carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results There was no correlation between the expression of HSG and VEGF in the degree of tumor differentiation, but closely correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. The expression rate of HSG in lymph node metastasis group was 38.7%, which was significantly lower than that in non-lymph node metastasis group (68.2%, X2 = 4.474, P = 0.034). The VEGF expression rate in lymph node metastasis group was 96.8% , P = 0.001. The positive expression rate of HSG in stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ was 33.3%, significantly lower than 80.0% in stage Ⅰ + Ⅱ, X2 = 4.74, P = 0.029. The positive expression rate of VEGF in stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ was 93.9% Significantly higher than 45.0% in stage I + II, X2 = 16.111, P = 0.001. Conclusion Low expression of HSG and high expression of VEGF suggest high risk of rectal cancer, low expression of HSG and high expression of VEGF have a significant correlation.
