随着我国经济的飞速发展,人民的生活水平正在逐渐提高,对于医疗卫生的需要也正在进一步加大。医院对于提高我国的医疗卫生水平具有至关重要的作用。医院工会的管理对于保障整个医院的正常运行和医院工作人员为患者提供更好的服务有十分重要的影响,需要加以重视。这就要求我国的各个医院的工会组织解放思想、实事求是、不断创新,提升医院工会管理水平。
With the rapid economic development in our country, people’s living standard is gradually increasing, and the need for medical and health care is also being further increased. Hospitals play a crucial role in raising the level of medical and health care in our country. The management of hospital unions has a very important impact on ensuring the normal operation of the entire hospital and providing better services to hospital staff by the hospital staff, which needs attention.
