随着现代人力资源管理理论和实践的发展,企业越来越重视员工的价值。本文从员工绩效、人岗匹配度、员工素质、企业激励机制有效性以及岗位价值五个维度对企业员工的价值进行评估,给出了对员工价值评估的模型,并以一个案例说明该模型在企业员工价值评估中的应用。
