木琴琴板制作是个多因素问题:如材料、宽度已定,琴板发音的频率与琴板长度和厚度(如锯槽或挖弧,琴板厚度是指剩留厚度)有关;音色与琴板的长、厚比及锯槽深度有关,它们之间的变化对发音的影响是很复杂的。目前人们通常采用的琴板制作方法是:琴板厚度为定值,长、厚比及锯槽深度是变值。这样制作的木琴音色不容易统一,调音的幅度大,制作比较麻烦。我们通过测量、计算、实验和制琴实践,总结出琴板发音有下面的规律: 1.不锯槽不挖弧的琴板,不容易辩别音高。锯槽后有所改善,锯三角槽音高容易辩别,挖圆弧音高更易辩别。 2.在锯槽的基础上,锯三角(不超过已
