介绍了热膜风速仪流动测量技术的进展 ,并用热膜风速仪测量了双舌型变截面涡轮增压器和 GJ80增压器蜗壳内的速度场 ,结果表明蜗壳流道的入口段和流道尾段喷嘴出口速度分布不均匀 ,其他流道段喷嘴出口速度分布较均匀 ;通流速度分布不完全符合等势流规律。最后指出了使用热膜风速仪应注意的几个问题。
The progress of the flow measurement technology of the hot film anemometer was introduced. The velocity field in the volute of double-tongue variable cross-section turbocharger and GJ80 turbocharger was measured by the hot film anemometer. The results show that the inlet section of the volute flow channel and The velocity distribution at the outlet of the nozzle at the end of the flow channel is not uniform, and the velocity distribution at the nozzles of other flow channel sections is more uniform. The velocity distribution of the flow velocity does not fully comply with the law of equal potential flow. Finally, several problems that should be paid attention to when using the hot film anemometer are pointed out.
