In the 1960s, a 400-strong art troupe, with the government delegation’s visit to Myanmar, achieved great success, triggering a new vision of Zhou Enlai’s diplomatic work. On December 30, 1960, Beijing Capital Airport, the skies were cold and windy. Zhou Enlai led a friendly Chinese delegation to Myanmar for Myanmar’s 13th anniversary celebration and made a friendly visit.
