技工学校是我国职业教育体系中的一个重要组成部分。自改革开放以来职业技术化的发展速度正在逐年提高。很多职业教育已经难以跟上职业发展的速度,也就是说今天的职业教育很大程度上已经落后于职业技术的变化。这种情况的出现与职业学校不能及时快速地培养适应产业结构调整,社会经济发展方向和社会需求的技能人才有关。面对这样的教育现状,亟须改变当下的教学模式。在如今的职业教育体系中,一体化教学已经是一种广为人知的教学模式,在一体化教学的过程中,教师可以根据当前职业技术发展的新变化,安排教学内容的灵活改变,让学生所学习的知识内容都与社会实际发展有关,让学生能够在学习中真正体验到职业实际发展的真实情况。这对学生未来的工作是十分有利的,就一体化教学模式的理论进行探析,也就一体化教学的实践形式进行阐述。
