特定电磁波(TDP)辐射器可产生中、长红外线波和特定电磁波,其生物学效应具有升高血液白细胞数,提高机体细胞免疫功能的作用。临床上已广泛采用TDP辐射器治疗某些结缔组织性疾病和自身免疫性疾病。本文采用补体致敏酵母菌血凝法,观察了TDP照射对小鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响,藉以研究TDP照射与机体红细胞免疫功能的关系。1 材料和方法1.1 实验动物 昆明鼠60只(天津劳动卫生研究所动物室提供),雌雄各半,体重17~18g随机分为TDP组和对照组,每组30只。1.2 TDP照射条件和方式 采用 CQ-22型 TDP治疗仪(重庆巴山仪器厂生产),电压220V,功率300W。预热5min,距离40cm,照射时间30min,实验组小鼠每只每日全身照射一次,连续15d。1.3 实验指标测定 照射15d后,小鼠断颈采血,进行红细胞计数和用致敏酵母菌血凝法测红细胞免疫粘附功能。同时,取脾称重,计算脾脏系数。2 结果2.1 TDP照射对小鼠红细胞数和脾脏系数的影响结果显示,TDP组小鼠的红细胞数(8.27±1.51)×10~(12)/L明显高于对照组(7.44±1.15)×10~(12)/L,两者
Specific electromagnetic wave (TDP) radiators can produce medium and long infrared waves and specific electromagnetic waves, the biological effects of increased blood leukocyte count, improve the body’s cellular immune function. TDP radiators have been widely used clinically to treat certain connective tissue diseases and autoimmune diseases. In this paper, complement-sensitized yeast hemagglutination was used to observe the effect of TDP irradiation on erythrocyte immune function in mice, in order to study the relationship between TDP irradiation and the body’s immune function. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Experimental animals 60 Kunming mice (Tianjin Institute of Labor and Animal Husbandry provided), male and female, weight 17 ~ 18g were randomly divided into TDP group and control group, 30 in each group. 1.2 TDP irradiation conditions and methods using CQ-22 TDP treatment instrument (Chongqing Bashan Instrument Factory production), voltage 220V, power 300W. Preheat 5min, distance 40cm, irradiation time 30min, the experimental group mice were exposed once a day for 15d. 1.3 Determination of experimental indicators 15d after irradiation, mice were necked blood collection, erythrocyte count and sensitized yeast hemagglutination assay erythrocyte immune adhesion function.
