党校的历史使命就是要用建设有中国特色的社会主义的理论武装广大党员干部,提高坚定不移贯彻执行党的基本路线的自觉性。 在谈到解放思想,促进党校改革的问题时,中央党校副校长邢贲思归纳为“三个摆税一个转变”。具体的表述是: 一是从对马克思主义某些原则、某些本本教条式的理解中摆脱出来; 二是从对社会主义的不科学的甚至最扭曲了的思想认识和观念中摆脱出来; 三是从超越社会主义初级阶段的某些不正确的思想和认识中摆脱出来。一个转变就是从传统的一般的讲授马列主义理论转变到突出她把建设有中国特色的社会主义同马克思主义基本原理紧密结合起来。
The historic mission of the party school is to arm the majority of party members and cadres with the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and to raise the awareness of unswervingly implementing the party’s basic line.
