森林大火有其随机性,但也有一定规律性,只要我们在防火工作中,认真执行党的方针政策,增强责任心,重视科学,防止大火灾重演是可能的。首先,1987年国务院对扑救大兴安岭森林大火作了一系列重要指示。国务院领导同志多次到灾区视察指导扑火工作,这是今后做好森林防火工作的可靠保证。第二,有了大火灾的深刻教训。从发生特大火灾正反两个方面教育了我们。使各级防火机构都得到了加强,防火专业队伍、森林警察部队都有增加。同时强化了地面的防火设施,如瞭望台、公路网、通讯联络、扑火应急措施等都有明显加强。
Forest fires have their own randomness, but they also have certain regularity. It is possible for us to conscientiously implement the party’s principles and policies, enhance our sense of responsibility, emphasize science, and prevent a major fire from recurring. First of all, in 1987, the State Council made a series of important instructions on the forest fire in the Greater Khingan Range. The leading comrades of the State Council have repeatedly inspected the firefighting work in the disaster-stricken areas. This is a credible guarantee for forest fire prevention in the future. Second, there is a profound lesson in the fire. We educated us both positive and negative of the big fire. All levels of fire protection agencies have been strengthened, fire protection professional teams, forest police forces have increased. At the same time strengthen the ground fire prevention facilities, such as the observation deck, road network, communications, fire emergency measures have significantly strengthened.
