自从1973年底以来,我们先后试制成功了小型一维、二维多丝正比室。根据它们间的结构和工艺相类似,本文仅以二维室为例进行介绍。 一、多丝室的基本结构和制作 我们常用的是灵敏面积为100×100mm~2的一维室和150×150mm~2的二维室。室的基本结构如图1所示。它由三个丝状电极(两个阴极、一个阳极)平面组成。绝缘材料为环氧玻璃板。
