本文报道用单、双波长分光光度法分别测定复方苯甲酸醇溶液中苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量。该法为在水杨酸的等吸收波长对228~239.5nm处测△A值,以排除水杨酸的干扰,然后根据苯甲酸的浓度与△A值呈良好线性关系,用于测苯甲酸的含量。水杨酸的含量测定则运用苯甲酸无干扰吸收的λ_(max)303nm波长处进行。方法简便、结果满意。
This article reports the determination of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid alcohol solution by single and dual wavelength spectrophotometry. The method for the absorption of salicylic acid in the wavelength of 228 ~ 239.5nm △ A value measured in order to exclude the interference of salicylic acid, and then according to the concentration of benzoic acid and △ A values showed a good linear relationship for the determination of benzoic acid Content. The content of salicylic acid was determined using the wavelength of λ max (max) 303 nm without interference absorption of benzoic acid. The method is simple and the result is satisfactory.
