田径运动训练是制约田径运动成绩的重要因素,其有效的理念和方法需要不断的探索。近些年来,核心力量训练逐渐地被国际发掘与认可,并被我国田径界所引进和接受。实践证明,核心力量训练能够有效地提高田径运动员的稳定性和控制能力,有效地提高运动效率,预防运动损伤,对田径运动事业发展具有积极地促进作用。本文通过对核心力量内涵和原理的研究,深入理解其对田径运动训练的作用和意义,进一步的探讨其与田径运动训练更好结合的方法途径,以为田径运动事业的良好发展贡献绵薄之力。
Track and field training is an important factor restricting track and field sports performance, and its effective concepts and methods need continuous exploration. In recent years, the core strength training has gradually been internationally recognized and recognized, and is being introduced and accepted by China’s athletics community. Practice has proved that the core strength training can effectively improve the stability and control ability of track and field athletes, effectively improve the efficiency of sports and prevent sports injuries, and play an active role in promoting the development of track and field sports.
