目的采用西雅图心绞痛量表评价五福心脑清软胶囊对慢性稳定型心绞痛瘀血阻滞证病人生活质量的影响。方法采用多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂平行对照,优效性检验试验设计的方法。慢性稳定型心绞痛(瘀血阻滞证)病人240例,治疗组与对照组各120例,疗程12周。观察治疗前后西雅图心绞痛量表积分的变化。结果用药后,治疗组西雅图心绞痛量表中躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作情况、治疗满意程度和疾病认知程度的改善均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五福心脑清软胶囊治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛瘀血阻滞证病人,可改善躯体活动受限程度、改善心绞痛稳定状态、改善心绞痛发作情况、提高治疗满意程度和疾病认知程度,进而改善病人生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the influence of Wufuxinnaojing soft capsules on the quality of life of patients with chronic stable angina pectoris stasis blockage by Seattle angina pectoris scale.
