政府职能转变是国家与社会关系调整的具体表现。我国政府职能的转变主要体现在三个方面一是政府职权内容的调整;二是政府机构的变动;三是政府职权的运行模式之改革与创新。无论政府职能如何转变,政府的核心作用始终是维持社会稳定。政府保护劳动权的效果如何直接关系着社会稳定,因此,我国在转变政府职能时应加强对劳动权的保护。
The transformation of government functions is a concrete manifestation of the adjustment of the relations between the state and the society. The transformation of government functions in our country is mainly reflected in three aspects: the first is the adjustment of the content of the government’s authority; the second is the change of government agencies; the third is the reform and innovation of the operation mode of the government’s power. No matter how government functions change, the central role of the government is always to maintain social stability. How the effect of government’s protection of labor rights is directly related to social stability, therefore, our country should strengthen the protection of labor rights in the transformation of government functions.
