本科院校积极探索校企合作的人才培养模式,是当前新形势下民办应用型本科教育改革的重要方向。通过对德国“双元制”职教模式的概况和特点进行分析,我国民办本科院校校企合作的研究和实践要注重校企合作中学生实践技能的培养、强化学生工作经验和职业素养、改革现有的教学大纲和教学内容体系、建立健全相应的政策法规,加强制度建设。
At present, undergraduate colleges and universities actively explore talent cultivation mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises, which is an important direction for the reform of privately-applied undergraduate education under the new situation. Through the analysis of the general situation and characteristics of the “dual system” vocational education mode in Germany, the research and practice of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in private undergraduate colleges in China should pay attention to the cultivation of practical skills for secondary school-enterprise cooperation and strengthen the students’ work experience and professionalism , Reform the existing teaching syllabus and teaching content system, establish and improve the corresponding policies and regulations, and strengthen system construction.
