传统的高职院校教育模式制约了高职院校教师向“双师型”教师的转变。融理论、实训为一体的“一体化”教学模式是高职院校教学改革的方向,它不仅有利于教学质量的全面提高,也能够促进“双师型”教师的培养。
The traditional mode of higher vocational education restricts the transformation from teachers in higher vocational colleges to teachers with double qualifications. Integration of theory and training is the direction of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges. It is not only conducive to the overall improvement of teaching quality, but also to promote the training of teachers.
