引言自20世纪90年代以来,国内外学术界对我国统计数据质量问题展开了深入的研究和探讨,同时政府统计部门也从统计法制和统计队伍建设、统计体制改革、统计方法改进等多个环节开展了以提高数据质量为中心的统计改革,取得了一定成效,但是国内外主流媒体、国际组织以及一些专家学者对我国统计数据的质疑时有发生,甚至反复出现。因此,当前提高我国统计数据质量依然任重道远。

At the same time, the government statistical departments have also studied many aspects such as statistical legal system and statistical team building, statistical system reform and improvement of statistical methods Statistical reform centered on improving data quality has achieved some success. However, the domestic and foreign mainstream media, international organizations and some experts and scholars question the statistical data of our country from time to time and even repeatedly appear. Therefore, it is still a long way to go to improve the quality of statistics in our country.
