荞变在我省种植较普遍,其加工后副产品荞麦壳很多。为了提高荞麦壳的经济效益,广辟食用菌培养料来源,我们进行丁纯荞麦壳生料室内床栽平菇试验,生物效率达70%以上。现将其裁培方法简介如下:(一)培养料配方:荞麦壳49公斤,石膏粉和石灰粉各500克,多菌灵100克。取新鲜无霉烂的荞麦壳,经曝晒后用含石灰粉及多菌灵的水溶液预湿,再加入石膏粉拌匀,含水量以用手捏料指缝见水而不下滴为宜,pH 自然。(二)栽培和管理:将料放入33×33×8厘米的木模中压块,采用层播法(两层种三层料),用种量(麦粒种)为干料重的15%。播完后将料稍加压实用
