为探讨螺旋CT三维表面覆盖法(以下称三维CT)在颌面部骨折诊断中的应用价值,对35例颌面部骨折进行了螺旋CT扫描,图像经三维表面覆盖法处理,并与二维CT进行了对比观察。结果表明,三维CT 与二维CT在显示颌面部骨折的准确度上相似,三维CT对下颌骨髁状突骨折和各型LeFort骨折的显示优于二维CT,但二维CT对细小骨折的显示更为准确。结论:二维CT和三维CT对颌面部骨折的显示各有优缺点,二者相互结合可以提高诊断的准确率。
To investigate the value of spiral CT three-dimensional surface coverage (hereinafter referred to as three-dimensional CT) in the diagnosis of maxillofacial fractures, 35 cases of maxillofacial fractures were scanned by spiral CT, the images were treated by three-dimensional surface coverage, CT were compared observation.
