建立检测沙眼衣原体的PCR方法,计算机辅助设计的引物位于编码沙眼衣原体主要外膜蛋白(MOMP)的基因区内,扩增产物为144bp。该引物具有高度的特异性和敏感性,其最小检出量为5fg。应用该引物检测了52份宫外孕组织中沙眼衣原体DNA,测得宫外孕患者沙眼衣原体的阳性率为40.4%,明显高于对照组的12.5%(P<0.01),从DNA水平证实在宫外孕组织内存在沙眼衣原体
To establish a PCR method for the detection of Chlamydia trachomatis, a computer-aided design primer was located in the gene region encoding the major outer membrane protein (MOMP) of Chlamydia trachomatis and the amplified product was 144 bp. The primer is highly specific and sensitive with a minimum detectable amount of 5 fg. The primers were used to detect Chlamydia trachomatis DNA in 52 ectopic pregnancy tissues. The positive rate of C. trachomatis in ectopic pregnancy was 40.4%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (12.5%, P <0.01) Confirmed the presence of C. trachomatis in ectopic pregnancy tissue
