改革开放和经济的发展,国家近些年的建设和百姓日常生活都需要大量的石油资源,尤其是对汽车的消费把油田行业推上顶峰。油田生产作为维系国家经济发展命脉同时与百姓生活息息相关的行业,必须受到重视。然而油田生产是一个高风险、高收益并存的行业,在能源不断输出、经济效益获得增长的同时伴随安全事故的高频率发生,为了解决这种现状本文从我国油田安全生产管理现状及存在的问题入手,分析了油田安全生产管理的意义和必要性,最后详细列举了解决问题的思路和方法进行如下阐述。
In the course of reform and opening up as well as economic development, the construction of the country in recent years and the daily life of the people all require a large amount of oil resources. In particular, the consumption of automobiles has pushed the oilfield industry to its peak. As an industry that sustains the lifeline of national economic development and is closely linked with people’s life, oilfield production must be given priority. However, the oilfield production is a high-risk and high-yield co-exist industry. With the continuous output of energy and the increase of economic benefits, it is accompanied by the high frequency of safety accidents. In order to solve this situation, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of production safety management in China’s oilfields. Beginning with the analysis of the significance and necessity of oilfield safety management, and finally enumerated the ideas and methods to solve the problem as follows.
