党的十八大报告描绘了在新的历史条件下全面建成小康社会的宏伟蓝图,为党和国家事业发展指明了方向。报告把保障和改善民生摆上更加突出的位置,提出了一系列新目标、新要求。笔者结合学习十八大报告体会,谈谈对社会保障体系建设的认识。党的十八大提出新要求社会保障是民生之基,是保障和改善民生的重要内容。十八大报告对
The 18th National Party Congress report portrays the grand blueprint of building a well-off society in an all-round way under the new historical conditions and points the way for the development of the party and the country. The report put the protection and improvement of people’s livelihood in a more prominent position and put forward a series of new goals and new requirements. The author learned from the report of the 18th CPC National Congress and talked about understanding of the social security system. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward new requirements Social Security is the foundation of people’s livelihood and an important part of safeguarding and improving people’s livelihood.
