激冷铸铁凸轮轴“黑线”的成因分析

分析了激冷铸铁凸轮轴中“黑线”的金相组织及成分分布,认为“黑线”的产生是由于铁水在结晶过程中发生成分偏析和成分过冷所导致的结果.

The microstructure and compositional distribution of “black line” in chilled cast iron camshaft were analyzed. It is concluded that the “black line” is the result of component segregation and undercooling during hot metal crystallization.
