根据热锻模具的实际使用和损伤情况 ,确立了描述锻模热负荷状况的有关参数 ,并应用传热学和热弹塑性理论 ,得出了上述热负荷参数的工程计算公式 ,应用这些公式分析研究了几种典型模具的热负荷状况 ,通过比较认为 :该方法能够满足工程实际的需要。
According to the practical use and damage of the hot forging die, the relevant parameters describing the heat load status of the forging die are established. The engineering calculation formulas of the above heat load parameters are obtained by using the heat transfer theory and the thermo-elasto-plastic theory. By applying these formulas The heat load condition of several typical molds was studied. The comparison shows that this method can meet the actual needs of engineering.
