目的 探讨二氧化氯杀菌的影响因素。方法 用悬液定量杀菌法观察二氧化氯溶液的pH值、二氧化氯溶液浓度、杀菌时间、杀菌温度及有机物对杀菌效果的影响。结果 试验范围内 ,其杀菌效果随二氧化氯溶液pH值下降、浓度增加、杀菌时间延长、温度升高而提高 ,随有机物增加而减低。结论 以上各因素对二氧化氯杀菌均有一定的影响
Objective To explore the influencing factors of chlorine dioxide sterilization. Methods The effect of bactericidal effect of bactericidal effect of chlorine dioxide solution, the concentration of chlorine dioxide solution, the sterilization time, the sterilization temperature and the organic substance on the bactericidal effect were observed by quantitative suspension method. Results Within the experimental range, the bactericidal effect increased with the pH value of chlorine dioxide solution, the concentration increased, the bactericidal time prolonged, the temperature increased, and decreased with the increase of organic matter. Conclusion The above factors have a certain impact on chlorine dioxide sterilization
