目的:探讨高度近视白内障超声乳化手术的安全性和有效性。方法:采用双手切线轮转“削梨法”白内障超声乳化技术对36例(41只眼)眼轴≥26 mm的高度近视白内障,行白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术。结果:术后28只眼(68.3%)裸眼视力≥0.5,超声过程中后囊破裂率2.4%。结论:“削梨法”超声乳化技术对高度近视白内障行超声乳化摘除,对眼内组织损伤小,破后囊率低,并发症少,使眼部条件较差的高度近视白内障患者获得较为理想的手术效果,是一项具有应用价值的技术。
Objective: To investigate the safety and effectiveness of phacoemulsification for cataract with high myopia. Methods: Thirty - six cases (41 eyes) of high myopia with cataract more than or equal to 26 mm in axial length were performed cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation by means of double - tangential line rotation and “shaving” cataract phacoemulsification. Results: 28 eyes (68.3%) had uncorrected visual acuity of 0.5 or more and the rate of posterior capsular rupture during ultrasound was 2.4%. Conclusion: “Pear method” ultrasonic phacoemulsification phacoemulsification cataract in high myopia line removal of small damage to the eye tissue, broken posterior capsule rate is low, fewer complications, so poor eye conditions in patients with high myopia cataract The ideal surgical results, is a technology with value.
