各市、县、自治县人民政府,省政府直属各单位:省编办、省教育厅、省财政厅《关于中小学教职工编制标准的实施办法》已经2002年8月19日省机构编制委员会会议审议同意,现转发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。各市、县要根据此实施办法,结合本地实际,进一步加强中小学教职工编制的动态管理,将编制具体核定到乡、镇和学校,并注意完善人员分流的政策措施,实施过程中遇到的问题要及时反馈有关部门协调解决。
