前言 热管是一种新型传热元件,具有导热性能高、温度均匀、结构简单、工作可靠等优点。近年来热管技术在我国得到了迅速的发展。热管的应用日益受到重视,并逐渐深入到工业生产各个领域。但当前热管的寿命,成本等是其推广应用急待解决的问题。影响热管寿命的因素可分为两类:一是热管工作可靠性问题,即焊缝开裂问题,另一类是不凝气体的产生,即相溶性问题。大量的研究表明,水铜的相溶性很好。冈此,水铜热管推广应用中的主要矛盾就是解决可靠性问题,即防止焊缝开裂泄漏。
Introduction Heat pipe is a new type of heat transfer element, with high thermal conductivity, uniform temperature, simple structure, reliable work. In recent years, heat pipe technology in China has been rapid development. The application of heat pipe is getting more and more attention, and gradually deep into all fields of industrial production. However, the current heat pipe life, cost and other issues are urgently needed to promote its application. Factors that affect the life of the heat pipe can be divided into two categories: First, heat pipe reliability problems, namely, weld cracking, and the other is the non-condensable gas production, that is, compatibility issues. A large number of studies show that water and copper compatibility is good. Gang this, water copper heat pipe to promote the application of the main contradiction is to solve the reliability problem, that is, to prevent weld cracking cracking.
