大便检查是腹泻腹痛病人的常规检验项目之一。很多腹痛腹泻病人(如痢疾、肠炎等),因就诊前排便过多等原因,就诊时已无法自己留取大便作检查,给临床诊断与治疗带来困难。笔者在工作中研制一种有助于取便的工具——取名 L 型取便器。它是用聚氯乙烯作原料,外观为两头稍细一头有一小槽的圆柱体,形似字母L。其长约150mm,最粗处直径10mm,槽深2mm。
Stool examination is one of the routine tests of patients with abdominal pain due to diarrhea. Many patients with abdominal pain and diarrhea (such as diarrhea, enteritis, etc.), because of excessive bowel movements and other reasons before treatment, treatment has been unable to retain stool for examination, to clinical diagnosis and treatment difficulties. I work in the development of a tool to facilitate access - named L-type toilet. It is made of polyvinyl chloride as a raw material, the appearance of two slightly smaller cylinder with a small groove, shaped like a letter L. The length of about 150mm, the coarsest diameter of 10mm, groove depth 2mm.
