幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡及胃癌的发生密切相关,研究认为Hp的毒力基因CagA与Hp的致病密切相关。CagA~+Hp也是癌前病变萎缩性胃炎、肠上皮化生和异型增生的重要病因和促进因子,可增加胃癌发生的危险性。我们于2005年在胃癌高发区兰州地区开展了~(14)C-UBT和血清Hp-CagA抗体测定及胃粘膜组织病理学检查,旨在探讨CagA~+Hp感染与胃粘膜肠上皮化生、异型增生及胃癌发生的关系。发现CagA~+Hp具有较强的促进胃粘膜萎缩、肠型化生和异型增生作用,感染CagA~+Hp可能是胃癌发生的危险因素之一。
Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection is closely related to the occurrence of chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer. It is concluded that the virulence gene CagA of Hp is closely related to the pathogenesis of Hp. CagA ~ + Hp is also a precancerous lesions of atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia, an important etiology and promoting factors, can increase the risk of gastric cancer. We conducted ~ (14) C-UBT and serum Hp-CagA antibody and gastric mucosal histopathology in Lanzhou area in 2005, in order to investigate the relationship between CagA ~ + Hp infection and gastric mucosal intestinal metaplasia, Dysplasia and gastric cancer. It was found that CagA ~ + Hp could promote gastric mucosal atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia. CagA ~ + Hp infection may be one of the risk factors of gastric cancer.
