近来因为修志工作的缘故,调阅了大量的档案。面对堆得满满一桌的厚厚卷宗,本以为能从中爬梳出无数值得大书一笔的工作成绩,追忆出数不清的昔日光辉业迹。细细看来,却大倒胃口。厚厚的一个卷宗,不是千篇一律的计划、报告、总结;便是为一件小小的事务性工作,反反复复的请示、批示。更有甚者,一件并不惊天动地的凡事,草稿、修改稿、打印稿、传阅稿、批示、正式文件,洋洋洒洒一大堆,令观者如入诸葛孔明的八卦阵,绕了半天,仍分辨不清东南西北,理不出个头绪来。
