本文阐明了磨损试样表面的扫描电镜分析情况,并利用铁谱技术对润滑脂中磨损颗粒作了分析研究。结果表明,钻头磨损和模拟试验磨损是由粘着磨损、疲劳磨损、氧化及磨粒磨损等形成的综合磨损过程。
This article clarifies the scanning electron microscope analysis of the worn specimen surface and analyzes the wear particles in the grease by using the ferrography technique. The results show that the wear of drill bit and simulation test are the comprehensive wear process formed by adhesion, fatigue, oxidation and abrasive wear.
