随着公共体育服务在政府职能中的地位日渐突出,科学的公共体育服务分类,有利于政府职能的合理定位,有利于完善公共体育服务体系。文章剖析了现有公共体育服务分类现状及存在的问题,对公共体育服务分类构建进行了一定的理论探讨,根据公共服务和体育的特质,采用“公众需求”的标准,将公共体育服务分为物质需求服务、精神需求服务、制度需求服务和技能需求服务,构建了适合国情,科学合理的“四维一体”分类框架。公共体育服务分类新框架的构建,为新时期公共体育服务的研究提供一个新的视角,为体育管理部门提供决策的依据。
With the increasingly prominent position of public sports services in government functions, the classification of public sports services is conducive to the rational positioning of government functions and the improvement of public sports service system. This paper analyzes the current status and existing problems in the classification of public sports services and makes a theoretical discussion on the classification of public sports services. According to the characteristics of public services and sports, the public sports service It is divided into material demand service, spiritual demand service, system demand service and skill demand service, and a scientific and rational “four-in-one” classification framework is constructed.
