住院费用的影响因素的调查研究已开展多年。但大多集中在成人及单病种,对儿科住院病人特别是新生儿住院费用的影响因素的研究报道较少。由于儿科尤其是新生儿的特殊性。儿科病人的疾病特征与成人有明显差异,因此儿科病人住院费用的影响因素可能与成人不同。开展新生儿住院费用影响因素的研究对于控制儿科住院病人住院费用的超长增长,提高诊疗质量有着重要的意义。本文对某教学医院住院新生儿住院费用进行调查分析,并就降低医疗费用的方法做了初步探讨。 1 资料来源和方法
The research on the influencing factors of hospitalization costs has been carried out for many years. However, most of them are concentrated in adults and single diseases. There are few reports on the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses for pediatric inpatients, especially newborns. Because of the special nature of pediatrics, especially newborns. The pediatric patient’s disease characteristics are significantly different from those of adults. Therefore, the influencing factors of hospitalization costs for pediatric patients may differ from adults. The study of the factors affecting the cost of neonatal hospitalization has important implications for controlling the long-term increase in the cost of hospitalization for pediatric inpatients and improving the quality of diagnosis and treatment. This article investigates and analyzes the hospitalization expenses of hospitalized neonates in a teaching hospital, and makes a preliminary discussion on the methods for reducing medical expenses. 1 Sources and Methods
