我院自1978年5月采用以安定(Valium)为主要抗痉剂治疗破伤风,所收治的15例病人全部治愈,且病程也短。现报告如下。临床资料本组男11例,女4例,均为农民,年龄9～65岁。潜伏期3～16天,入院时均有苦笑面容,角弓反张,全身阵发性痉挛等典型临床表现。阵挛最频者约每5分钟一次,最少者每日十余次。每次阵挛持续时间最长为2～3分钟,最短为10余秒。各例常规给安定,肌注者成人10～20mg/次,每天4次,儿童酌减。各例全疗程总量为
