天然林保护工程是国家发展林业的大政方针,是事关林业可持续性发展的一项重要措施。但在天然林保护实施过程中,如何实现兼顾森林资源保护、林区经济发展和林农利益的问题还没有完善解决。基于此,结合新疆阿勒泰阿山林管局的实际情况试就此谈点看法。
