[目的]评价大学生营养健康教育的效果,为探寻大学生营养知识健康教育的策略和方法提供依据。[方法]在学生的《卫生学》课程中,进行多种形式的营养健康教育,在健康教育前后对营养相关知识、态度和行为(KAP)进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。[结果]与干预前比较,干预后研究对象的营养相关知识平均得分和及格率均有显著提高,但在态度和行为改变方面干预前后无显著差异。[结论]该研究对提高大学生合理营养知识水平是有效的,但要真正改变人们的饮食行为,需要进行长期、广泛、持续的教育工作,并且需要全社会的理解、支持与参与。
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of nutrition and health education on college students, and to provide basis for exploring the strategies and methods of health education on nutrition knowledge among college students. [Methods] In the students’ “hygiene” course, various forms of nutrition and health education were conducted. Before and after health education, nutrition related knowledge, attitude and behavior (KAP) were investigated and the results of the investigation were analyzed. [Results] Compared with pre-intervention, the average score and passing rate of nutrition-related knowledge of subjects after intervention increased significantly, but there was no significant difference in attitude and behavior before and after intervention. [Conclusion] This study is effective to improve the knowledge level of reasonable nutrition for undergraduates. However, to truly change people ’s dietary behaviors requires long - term, extensive and continuous education and requires the understanding, support and participation of the whole society.
