鲁登巴赫氏综合征(Lutem bacher’ssyndrome)系指同时患有心房间隔缺损及二尖瓣狭窄的一种心脏病,其发病率其低。Alexamder在24960例尸解中发现5例.Gelfman在24000例尸解中发现2例,Angolino在120例房缺及2000例二尖瓣狭窄的手术中发现6例,Stein-brunn在128例房缺及800例二尖瓣狭窄手术中发现5例。我国北京、上海在2085例先天性心脏病中发现7例。现报告一例如下:
