是否具备法律职业道德是评判优秀法律人才的一个重要指标。目前我国高校在法学教育中忽视职业道德的培养,缺乏有效的职业道德教育方法,这些不足制约了高校法学教育的质量。法学教育要明确职业道德教育的目标,开设法律职业道德课程,通过多种方式在日常教育中渗透职业道德教育,培养出德才具备的法律人才。
Whether to have legal professional ethics is an important indicator of judging outstanding legal talents. At present, colleges and universities neglect the cultivation of professional ethics in law education and lack of effective methods of professional ethics education, which restrict the quality of law education in colleges and universities. Law education should clear the goal of professional ethics education, set up legal professional ethics courses, penetrate professional ethics education in daily education through various ways, and cultivate the legal talents possessed by virtue.
