美国有必要令其公众明白,中国的经济增长创造了机遇,中国将分担国际责任。美中之间需要一项成功的战略,既能使美国和其他国家从开放中获益,又能推动中国发展和鼓励中国帮助维持攸关其增长的国际经济体系。
The United States needs to make its public aware that China’s economic growth has created opportunities and that China will share its international responsibilities. A successful strategy between the United States and China will not only benefit the United States and other countries from the liberalization but also help China to develop and encourage China to help maintain its growing international economic system.
