血清的氨基移换酶活力,一般是测定酮酸。在研究组织中的氨基酸含量时,近来多用纸上层析定量方法(1)(2)(3)。测定氨基酸。本文试图利用纸上层析分离法定最血清的氨基移换作用产物,借以确定氨基移换酶的活力。本文比较了正常大鼠及四氯化碳中毒大鼠的血清由丙酮酸及谷氨酸生成丙氨酸的能力,指明肝损害时,在实验条件下血清合成丙氨酸能力显著增强。实验用体重80——120克健康雄性大鼠进行,实验所用的四氯化碳系化学纯品,实验所用的基质为丙酮酸纳及1-谷氨酸,均为 A.R.级试剂,所有基质均予先制成一定的浓度,并予先中和至 PH7.4实验在 M/(15)磷酸缓冲液 PH7.4中进行。层析用沪纸为江西省产沪纸。
