采用紫外及薄层层析法鉴别感冒通片中的胆红素；采用一阶导数光谱法消除其它组分干扰，测定其胆红素含量，平均回收率98．96％，RSD=0．41％（n=7）。方法简便、快速、准确、稳定性好。
Ultraviolet and thin layer chromatography were used to identify bilirubin in the common cold film. The first derivative spectra method was used to eliminate other components and the bilirubin content was measured. The average recovery rate was 98.96%. RSD was 0.41. % (n=7). The method is simple, rapid, accurate and stable.
