目的:就28例ICU多脏器功能衰竭患者CRRT治疗的临床护理进行分析。方法:选取我院ICU科2014年10月-2015年10月所收治的28例多脏器功能衰竭患者为研究对象,全部患者均行CRRT治疗,并且采取行之有效的护理措施。结果:本组患者在治疗前后,各项血气分析指标和生化指标都出现了较大的变化,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在患者出院时,调查患者对于护理的满意度,调查结果表明:本组患者的满意度为100.00%,其中,满意21例(75.00%),较满意7例(25.00%),不满意0例(0%)。结论:优质的护理服务对于ICU多脏器功能衰竭患者CRRT治疗是极为有效的,值得推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical nursing of CRRT in 28 ICU patients with multiple organ failure. Methods: Twenty-eight patients with multiple organ failure treated in ICU department of our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected as study subjects. All patients underwent CRRT and effective nursing measures were taken. Results: Before and after treatment, all the blood gas analysis indexes and biochemical indexes showed great changes, with statistical significance (P <0.05). At the time of discharge, the satisfaction degree of the patients on nursing was investigated. The results showed that the satisfaction rate of the patients in this group was 100.00%, of which 21 were satisfied (75.00%), 7 were satisfied (25.00%), and 0 (0%). Conclusion: High quality nursing service is extremely effective for CRRT in patients with multiple organ failure in ICU. It is worth popularizing and applying.
