The problem of uplift of piles and soils in pile foundation engineering comprehensively reflects the working principle of precast concrete pile foundations under certain conditions, and clarifying this issue will benefit both design and construction. For this reason, this paper combines the pile foundation engineering of Beijing Kunlun Hotel to analyze and study the problem of pile and earth upwelling. I. Project Overview Beijing Kunlun Hotel has a building area of 82000m~2. The main building is S-shaped, 124m from east to west, and 12.5m deep in the second floor.
