一、概述自从1981年Scheinman等首先用心内直流电电击阻断希氏束成功以来,经静脉导管传送直流电心内消融已成为一种控制难治性快速性心律失常的有用的方法。但是,随着临床应用的增多,许多严重并发症如心肌破裂、致命性心律失常等暴露出来,其进一步的应用受到了限制,迫使人们探求新的能量形式。1987年Huang等首先报告将射频(Radiofrequency Energy,RF)应用于犬的希氏束消融,取得了成功。随之,许多学者相继报告了其实验研究
I. Overview Since Scheinman et al. First severed the His bundle successfully with an intracardiac DC electric shock in 1981, transcatheter endodontic catheter ablation has become a useful method to control refractory tachyarrhythmia. However, with the increase of clinical application, many serious complications such as myocardial rupture and fatal arrhythmia have been exposed, and their further application has been restricted, forcing people to explore new forms of energy. In 1987, Huang et al. First reported successful application of Radiofrequency Energy (RF) to dogs’ His bundle ablation. Subsequently, many scholars have reported their experimental research
