本溪钢厂电渣钢的电耗一直比较高。1978年以来,由于提高了充填系数,改变渣量和渣比,电耗大大降低。1978年每炼一吨钢比国家定额降低62度,1979年上半年则降低89度,其措施是: 1.提高充填系量对50个电炉号的2Cr13钢铸造电极进行了不同充填系数的对比试验,试验情况和结果见表1。从表1可以看出,充填系数从0.237提高到0.318,生产率提高12%,每吨钢电耗降低60度。在此基础上,利用直径360毫米的30CrMnSiA和
